Question relating to external sales

Hello,

My friend and I would like to produce supplements for Dungeons and Dragons 5e. As part our our sales we are interested in producing modules available to use on Fantasy Grounds. I would like to know if this would be acceptable and not infringe on any copyrights. Our work would be original, and I think that programming supplemental material falls under fair use. I wanted to check with your legal department before going ahead.
