It is pretty much the same steps except there are less of them.
The module path should point to a folder within parse with the name of your module. Within that folder create a folder called 'input' and place all of your text files in there.
The FG Module path should point to the modules folder in the AppData/Roaming/Fantasy Grounds folder.
Remember to select the correct ruleset and save the 'properties' file as well.
You no longer need to point to a thumbnail since this is now hardcoded to find a file called thumbnail.png in the top level of the folder you create for your mod within par5e.

Basically what Zacchaeus said. The markup and stuff is the same, and the folder structure is the same. It's just that first config screen that looks a little different now.
