My skills in graphic art are subpar at best Tayln, but I can sure give it a try.

Oh, I assumed you were a graphic artist given the way these look
How do you create them? From 3D models or...? Which software?

LordEntrails I use Daz3d to create the tokens, Tayln most have faces but there are definitely a few that don't. The border would be the most challenging or do you think I could get away with the same one for each pack?

I think the borders could/should be the same within each pack. I guess you could do a couple of different ones within a pack. But then again, you might even stick with the same border for all packs. That way you would have a consistent look to your portraits.

Started converting the heroes of Token Pack 1 to Portrait style as a test. I think they came out alright.
