Added a major update. All level 4 spells and spellbooks for PFS-Classic and PFS-Core as well.

I've checked all 3 spellbooks and dispel evil is there.

I was using the first module, not the PFC or PFS ones. I will re-download it when I get home tonight, and if it's still empty will post screenshots.
EDIT: Actually, I just popped open the module to look at client.xml, and here's what I'm referring to:
