Okay, this is really helpful. I really have no idea how these kinds of things work behind the scenes and would never have guessed that maps we aren't actively using would cause such a big problem. It seems strange that one of my players has no problems but the others do. Oh well. I'll unshare or delete the maps and see how that goes.

One of your players may have a lower speccd computer or a 32bit OS etc.

Players do things differently - open all/some/no library modules, have lots of windows open or few windows open - all which can push the player side client into high memory use especially if there are a lot of large maps/images shared that are already taking up memory.

As has been mentioned - unshare maps (and modules) that are no longer needed.

Also, if you're using large maps - reduce their resolution if at all possible to 2048x2048 or below. This really does make a difference on how much memory is used. You can get away with one or two maps a little larger, but in general you should be resizing large maps before you use them in FG, otherwise you're going to continue to encounter the issues you're seeing.
Private Messages: My inbox is forever filling up with PMs. Please don't send me PMs unless they are actually private/personal messages. General FG questions should be asked in the forums - don't be afraid, the FG community don't bite and you're giving everyone the chance to respond and learn!
