Damned fix it and sent me the file. I tried to upload it here, but for some reason, files will not upload for me. After fighting the Manage Attachments interface for 20 minutes, I give up. If you want the file, please send me a private message and I will get the file to you somehow.

It's due to the human verification that Cloud Flare (?) does periodically. The work around is to "Go Advanced" on your post and attach there. If that doesn't work, from the Advanced tab go to Manage Attachments and upload your image there. You will then get the human verification test and will be able to do basic uploads for some days until you have to verify your humanity again.

Thanks for the details. Now I can say exactly what is going on.

When I attempt to upload a file (image, ext) via the Advanced Manage Files interface, the browser indicates busy for a short period of time, and then returns to the same condition as before attempting to upload the file. It sounds like the human verfication step is failing to start.

EDIT: It looks like it was just fixed... I will try again.
