Alias not working

Hello everybody,
Im seem to be having a problem with the alias game join...
My players as well as i can not join the game when using my alias... However signing in with my Ip seems to be working.. IS there something I could do to make this work again....

Is it possible that the Enable Alias option is unchecked on your Load Campaign screen? If you click Generate alias, does it give you a new one?

Yes it is checked and yes I can generate new ones
