Just confirming the time zone conversion....I've messed this up once already in the last 24 hrs....you would be 5 hours ahead of the us east coast (ET) ? I can swing that on occasion, but tough for me personally on most weekdays.

Yeah 5 hours difference - 1900 UK would be 1400 Eastern.
