Where is the character converter?

I've been searching around and I can't find it. I have DDI and exported the characters I want to put into FG. And when i loaded up FG for the first time i remember seeing a file called converter.exe or something. but no matter how i search on my computer its not there.

Edit:
Nevermind, I literally found it 11 seconds after I posted this. It isn't with the install file. It is in the other folder that fantasy grounds makes apparently.
