Incorrect CR Computation

This is in a brand-new PFRPG campaign, with no extensions loaded.

One creature, CR computation is correct:
Attachment 19442

Two creatures, CR computation is correct:
Attachment 19443

Three creatures, CR computation is wrong (should be 9 according to Table: CR Equivalencies):
Attachment 19444

Correct again at four creatures:
Attachment 19445

The XP values are correct in all four cases.

CR is being calculated from total XP of the encounter.
