So . . I have had a copy of Campaign Cartographer for years but never really messed with it until a few months ago since I need maps for my 5E campaign. It's been nothing but a headache trying to get it to do what I want and I honestly don't have another few months to get over the learning curve. After stumbling onto this thread I figured I would give GIMP a try since CC was going nowhere for me. In less than 30 minutes (including downloading some extras) I had the prototype of a small old school map up and running in FG and even to the correct # of pixels to make the grid line up.
Now I'm off to find some more tutorials and other goodies to download.FG:Unity Ultimate License Holder: Meaning anyone can join my games, even those with just the Demo . . .
