Some wrong numbers in Bestiary 1...

I haven't checked more of the critters.. but I noticed that the numbers for the 'skeleton' (a pretty basic monster) are wrong. It's Attack lists:
    broken scimitar +0 (1d6) or claw -3 (1d4+1)
I assume the broken scimitar has a damage penalty so the damage bonus is negated but the Attack should be:
    broken scimitar +2 (1d6) or claw +2 (1d4+2)
    It has a 15 strength and a +0 BAB.
The values listed for Attack are actually it's Full Attack numbers.. which are different since it is using claw and scimitar.
The Full Attack should be listed as:
    broken scimitar +0 (1d6) and claw -3 (1d4+1) or 2 claws +2 (1d4+2)
I'm sure a lot of GMs have missed this just picking up the monster out of the library. (I know I have in the past)

Are there other critters that were parsed this way? Since only the full attack is listed in the PRD.. I'm guessing the math wasn't being done to calculate back to the single attacks.

This is a PFRPG issue.. I don't know if the 3.5 Monsters is wrong or not.

These are just straight extraction of the data as provided by Paizo in the PRD.

The sword attack is correct, the broken condition gives a -2 to attack and damage penalty. The single claw would need to be adjusted.

This is essentially an issue with the Paizo statblocks across the board (not just related to Fantasy Grounds) - it is up to the GM to manually calculate any changes to the listed attacks if just one of them is being used or if a secondary attack is being used as a primary attack, which is where the usual discrepancy occurs (a secondary attack being used as a primary attack).

These have to be manually calculated on a per creature basis. Udating all of the bestiary modules out there would be a huge task.
