Crits in the Attack/Full Attack

if I'm using say a Longspear (x3 crit) or Heavy crossbow (19-20/x2 crit) how exactly is the Attack line supposed to be filled to reflect this?

In your 2 examples above, use:

• Longspear +2(1d8+1/x3)
• Heavy crossbow +4(1d10/19-20)
