Luck of the Halfling

Is there any way I can create an effect to simulate the sort of halfling
From what I understand every time I roll a result one I can roll the dice again.

Since that is quite situational, I'd treat it just like any other interrupt (except it doesn't really count as an interrupt). No special ability needed, just reroll the check, ability, save when you want to use it.
