they are for sale and are copyright.
that doesnt mean you cant grab these at the displayed resolution for your own personal use...

I'm sure Mike has worked out a deal with Wizards of the Coast, he's done so many maps for them its not funny. I've just been redrawing the maps for my own games. A little slow going but its part of the hobby that I love
