CoC: Problem with Monsters in Library

I posted this in the Call of Cthulhu forums but realized I might be better off posting it here.
Anytime I try to open any creature in the Denizens & Beasts section of the library nothing opens and I get this error:
Unable to create window with data source (npc : library.rules-002.entries.section-003.index.id-00009@Denizens and Beasts : npc)

Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks.

This works OK for me - what version of the Call of Cthulhu ruleset is being shown in the chat window when you start up the campaign?

You should see "Call of Cthulhu rulset v3.0.4 for Fantasy Grounds..."

If you don't see v3.0.4 you need to update your ruleset. Try following these instructions to add your user name to the update system: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forum...l=1#post174483

The Call of Cthulhu ruleset product ID is DGA070, if you don't see that after putting in your username and password send an email to [email protected] with your account information and details of your purchase of the CoC ruleset and they should add your order to the update system.
