Pathfinder SRD conversion web site
Just to let you know that Zadmar (over at the forums at https://www.peginc.com) has a web browser tool which allows you to parse a pathfinder SRD monster directly into a Fantasy Grounds XML module format!.
I would suggest you go to the pathfinder SRD and copy to the clipboard a monster from the web site:
https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/-b...y-alphabetical
and then paste it into his conversion program. Not only does this take a pathfinder monster and convert it to a Savage Worlds monster, but also formats it suitable for posting straight into a Fantasy Grounds Savage Worlds module. Zadmar's web site can be found at:
https://www.godwars2.org/SavageWorlds/convert.html
More information regarding the thread can be found at:
https://www.peginc.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=39689&postdays=0&postorder=asc&sta rt=0
A sample module file is included, just download the file and rename it to be a .mod instead of a .zip and save it to your module folder. You should see the converted stats for an Ancient Red Dragon and a Solar from the Pathfinder SRD. These creatures have not been manually adjusted in any way and are a straight conversion using Zadmar's routine!

SPECIAL ABILITIES
Fire Aura (Su)
An ancient red dragon is surrounded by an aura of intense heat. All creatures within 10 feet take 2d6 points of fire damage at the beginning of the dragon's turn.
Manipulate Flames (Su)
An ancient red dragon can control any fire spell within 100 feet as a standard action. This ability allows it to move any fire effect in the area, as if it were the caster. This ability also allows it to reposition a stationary fire effect, although the new placement must be one allowed by the spell. Finally, for 1 round following the use of this ability, the dragon can control any new fire spell cast within its area of control, as if it were the caster. It can make all decisions allowed to the caster, including canceling the spell if it so desires.
Melt Stone (Su)
An ancient red dragon can use its breath weapon to melt rock at a range of 100 feet, affecting a 50-foot-radius area. The area becomes lava to a depth of 1 foot. Any creature in contact with the lava takes 20d6 points of fire damage on the first round, 10d6 on the second, and none thereafter as the lava hardens and cools. If used on a wall or ceiling, treat this ability as an avalanche that deals fire damage.
Smoke Vision (Ex)
An ancient red dragon can see perfectly in smoky conditions (such as those created by pyrotechnics).

Thanks for the mention! I'm not sure why this is posted in the Pathfinder forum, so just to clarify: the tool converts Pathfinder monsters to Savage Worlds, and includes the Savage Worlds conversion in Fantasy Grounds XML format (as well as HTML and BBCode). I'm afraid the tool is of no use to the Pathfinder community, sorry - it's a Savage Worlds tool.
Also, the version linked above is actually the D&D to SW converter. The Pathfinder to SW converter is here: https://www.godwars2.org/SavageWorlds/convert2.html

Loving it!
I simply love this tool! But I am very lazy managing XML or filling up NPC sheet myself so I created this small extension to do all the work for me. All you need to do is to COPY converted stat blocks from either converter to clipboard and type /makenpc in Fantasy Grounds. This will read the data and create NPC for you!
For example, I copied following stat blocks:
Code:Orc This savage creature looks like a bestial version of a savage human, with green-gray skin and greasy black hair. Attributes: Agility d6, Smarts d4, Spirit d4, Strength d10, Vigor d6 Skills: Fighting d6, Intimidation d4, Throwing d4 Charisma: -; Pace: 6; Parry: 5; Toughness: 6 (1) Gear: Studded leather armour (+1), falchion (Str+d8), javelin (Throwing; range 3/6/12; Str+d6) Edges: Weapon Focus (falchion) Special Abilities • Darkvision: No vision penalties for darkness (range 12"). • Weakness: Light sensitive.
PS: Damage dice is also set, but they are not automatically calculated. If you want to get weapons show damages, simply middle-mouse-click on the damage field or select EDIT -> UPDATE from context menu.Last edited by Ikael; April 5th, 2014 at 22:25.
