I can't find a few Combat Tracker features that used to be there

With the last update I can't find: rolling the group initiative and triggering group resting. These used to be done on the combat tracker now they seem to be gone.

Where, oh, where have they gone?

Not a game breaker but they were nice time savers that I miss.

The Menu hotspot was moved to the top of the tracker *above* the Name column heading. I'm not sure why really.
