[QUESTION] Hot to give control of a monster to a player
Hi guys,
I'd like to know if there's anyway to give control of a monster to a player without creating a character sheet.
A monster just out of the monster manual.
Thanks :3

You can do this by sharing the NPC with the players by using radial menu, or dragging to a player portrait in upper left of desktop.
In v2.9.4, you have to reshare each time the players need the window. In v3.0, there is an NPC button in sidebar to view shared campaign NPCs (not module NPCs).
Cheers,

Thanks for the answer moon_wizard.
The only thing I didn't like about it is that the player can't use targeting, he needs to put the attack and damage dice on the targets.
It's ok for single target powers, but not for area attacks.

I think that Zeus had a Tree of Life extension that allowed NPCs to be dragged to PC list to create a full copy, as an alternate approach.
It sounds like a way to give PCs full control over NPC entry in CT would be an interesting feature for some. Want to throw it on the wish list? (see my sig)

A player that's given control of an NPC in the v3.0 system (C&C at least) can do targeting with the NPC.
