Hi!

I just bought the For Whom The Whistle Blows adventure, and I'd like to know it that's all I need to actually play it (I have the ruleset, of course).

I've seen that there are some extensions in the forums. Do I need any of them to play? Do I need the Marshall's handbook and the Player's handbook too?

Yes, I believe you would need at least the Marshal's Guide for Deadlands Reloaded. The Players guide is necessary for the player content: edges, hinderances, etc.
