4E Rulset question plz

when i start a new campaign and click on the 4E selection the game starts up but all the "flags" on the right are empty... like the Library, etc. how do i go about putting the ruleset or information there like the 3.5 option has to offer with most of the spells and monsters, etc. thank you
oh yea..i have the full license also.the 150 buck one

Unfortunately, Wizards of the Coast does not allow distribution of the 4E game data. With 3.5E, they made some of the data available via the OGL, so it can be provided.

There is a parser application made by some of our community members that allows you to pull the data from a D&D Insider account and build FG-compatible data modules. Just perform a search for parser in the 4E forum.
