Unfortunately, this works fine for me.
- Do you have any extensions loaded?
- Might be worth completely deleting the ruleset directory (SWSE_R) and re-unzipping the ruleset.
- What app are you using the "unzip" the swse_r.rar file?
- Do you get a similar error creating a 4E ruleset campaign (it uses similar code in the area where the error might be occurring).

The fifth time around, I decided to hum Adavace Australia Fair while biting my tongue on the left side of my mouth this time.
And guess what? It worked.
To be honest I have no idea what I did different this time around.

Wierd! Glad you got it working: 1-in-5 isn't bad! ;-)
If you're runinng Vista or Windows 7 you might want to make sure that FG runs as Administrator each time, just in case it is having issues writing files to certain locations...
