I am looking for imformation on 3.5. I know the you get the the ruleset and the mods for basicrules/monsters/spells/magic item. My question is are there other mods for the 3.5.. like the suppliment books?

Not really more of the supplimental books like:
the complete arcane, the complete adventures guilde, camplete arcane any and all of the 3.5 addition books.

The books you describe are published by wizards of the coast, unfortunately wizards have refused to allow their material to be converted to the FG format (or any other format for that matter) so they are not available for download/sale.

Unfortunately, that means if you want them, you will have to convert them yourself.
