    Is there a RMC Newsletter?

    Is there a place to put my email on a RMC newsletter?

    Is v1.2 RMC a free upgrade to 1.1 owners?

    Are the rest of the tables filled in or did I read that this is a copyright issue?

    https://www.guildcompanion.com is where you will want to go for RMC news. Over the years there have been a couple of lists, but they have been abandoned to spammers.

    It is indeed, you should be able to download it from whomever you originally purchased it from

    There are no new tables, spells, classes etc added in 1.2. Adding anything from other ICE products is possible, but you cannot distribute it and one big reason ICE has not is because of copyright issues. Look for The Guild Companion to potentially (re)publish more.
