I was wondering is anyone working on a ruleset for Dangerous Journeys (DJ)? An old game created by Gary Gygax. If so let me know.

I am figuring due to the fact that TSR forced it off the market, that getting an okay from anyone would be difficult. Produced by Game Designers Workshop (GDW). So if no one is doing this ruleset, does anyone know if there would be a problem from getting permission? And where or how could someone go about getting permission if it is even possible?

From a general perspective, as long as you don't include the actual data for the game system, you should be fine to build a ruleset for the community.

If you are looking to publish it as a paid ruleset which contains data from the rulebooks, then send a note to [email protected] to talk to us about the process.
