data module creation

i'm looking to create a custom data module for the rule set we're working on. this is going to be a spell list of available spells. any idea how to create this module??

I guess it depends on the ruleset as spells are handled differently in different rulesets.
I think in most rulesets the file reference_spells.xml defines how spells are handled by that ruleset.

if you already have FG them you should already have the 3.5E-spells.mod

if you system is similar to D20 then this is probably a good template to follow. - and even if it is totally different it is a good starting point.
