Supported D20/3.5e ruleset?

What's the current D20/3.5e ruleset that comes with FG and is it likely to change?

I believe I heard of intentions to make changes to it, though. I think (hope) it will end up working more like the current D20_JPG.

The 3 rulesets are currently pretty compatible, data-wise, and the developers have also expressed the intention to make sure that existing campaigns can be exported to the new ruleset. So hopefully we'll be safe regardess of which we use now.
