Fantasy Grounds 2 Recovery?

Long story short, one of my players computers crashed and had to have it wiped, he lost the key code for it, how do we go about recovering it without him having to pay for it again? We've got proof that he paid for it, but he just needs to be able to download it again so we can continue our play. Help please

if your friend purchased FGII from the online Store, he/she can simply log on to the forums and click the Store link at the top. Once the page refreshes, he/she will find a link (at the bottom of the page) called 'Order History'.

Clicking the link should provide a page detailing order history. Clicking an orders date link will reveal the order as well as any license keys associated with the purchase.
