Classic Traveller: Bug Fix

Unzip and place this file in the root of the ruleset directory, to replace the existing utility_preferences.xml.

Fixes a bug with the preferences sheet.

I would LOVE to have starship tokens and a range band map.

That doesn't need any change to the ruleset, just add a range band JPG to your images folder and use your own starship tokens (some counters for the Imperium game are available from the CotI site gallery, which you could use, for example).
