I've broken something in FG. Now I'm trying to uninstall but it can't find the uninstall executable. When I try to install it it gives me an error saying "ERROR - GetProducts: Network : time out".

I've broken something in FG. Now I'm trying to uninstall but it can't find the uninstall executable. When I try to install it it gives me an error saying "ERROR - GetProducts: Network : time out".
What do I do?
The network timeout message indicates that something is blocking HTTPS connections from the FG updater software to the FG update servers. It's usually some sort of security software blocking the requests (such as Windows Firewall, etc.) or something on your router. As @damned mentioned, Xfinity/Comcast has made some recent router changes that are causing havoc.
