Looking for a 'storm a ship, fight through minions to kill a boss' type adventure....

Is there a Traveller RPG adventure (any version of Traveller old or new, can be in paper format only if not in Fantasy Grounds) whereby you have to storm a giant warship and assasinate a bad guy boss after fighting your way through his minions ? with 'some' plot !?

The only one that might have all that (mostly) that comes to mind is the classic traveler Nomads of the World Ocean. That might be what you're looking for or perhaps it'll give you ideas.
