Unity missing language selection in drop down chat.

Tested only on 4e Ruleset. Unity; nothing is in the drop down box. In Classic it shows the correct languages and operate correctly.
Tested again with all extensions removed but same outcome.

This is indeed a known bug. No ETA on the fix.
