5e Bug Reports (2021)

On the "Dungeon-Players-One" map for White Plume Mountain in Tales from the Yawning Portal, there is a LoS wall missing between the door and the arrow slit in the room "1.12 12. Burket's Guardpost".

On the "Dungeon-Players-Three" map for White Plume Mountain in Tales from the Yawning Portal, there is an additional LoS wall that should not be there in room "1.22 22. Frictionless Trap". It crosses a pit.

Also in White Plume Mountain, in story "0.10 White Plume Mountain", Keraptis' note is missing new line characters between sentences in each paragraph. The same error exists in "1.02 2. Riddling Guardian", "2.00 Note" and "2.01 Riddle". And these should arguably be chat-frames.

Thanks, I'll have a look at all that once the lighting gets released since I don't want to mess with the files I have stored up right now.

In Tomb of Horrors, image "Map-SIx-Players" has incorrect casing and should be "Map-Six-Players". Casing typo also exists in "1.00 Locations in the Tomb (Index)" story.

The italicized text in story "1.03 3. Entrance to the Tomb of Horrors" is missing its new line characters, same as White Plume Mountain. (all of Yawning Portal probably has this issue)

Story "1.13 13. Chamber of Three Chests" has a casing typo for "GIant Skeleton"

Parcel "1.19 18A. False Crypt" is missing 6 potions of healing.

In the Monster Manual, the drow mage's staff attack bludgeoning damage should be 1d6-1/1d8-1, not +1.

In Tasha's Cauldron of Everything - Players:

• Classes > Artificer: The Artificer table has a partial extra row at the bottom of the table
• In both Classes > Artificer> Features: Infuse Item and Reference Manual > Chapter 1 > Artificer Infusions:
  
  • Under Arcane Propulsion Armor, the first line "The wearer of this armor gains these benefits:" should not be a bullet list item.
  • In Replicable Items (14th-Level Artificer) there is an extraneous space in "Dimensional shackle s"

In Ultramodern 5e Redux, Amethyst, NeuroSpasta, and Apex the classes, feats, backgrounds, races are all still largely in all-caps instead of proper capitalization. I saw a report that this had been worked on in one of the updates the last few weeks, but it doesn't seem to have changed. I know it's a minor thing but it does mess with the aesthetics of the rules.
