Vampiric attacks

And here I wonder again, if is it possible (or if an extension for that already exists) to code an automation for vampiric attacks.

Such as Vampiric Touch (damage dealt is added as temporary HP) or effects like "the weapon deals an extra d6 damage, and it heals the wielder for the same amount rolled". It can easily be done just manually healing for the appropriate amount or adding the appropriate amount of temporary HP, I just wanted to know if there's already way to automate that ^^
