Is it currently possible to get an effect to roll on a specific table? For example, I'm wanting to create a weapon that comes with an ability that will roll on a table for a specific effect. Also, is it possible to apply effects using tables? For example, using the Critical Hit tables module, can you make write in effects on the results similar to the effects available to powers?

It is probably possible to make an extension that could roll off a hit; but I'm not sure about the effects.
