AFF2 Decals Extension

I put this together a while back while helping with getting the playset running.

1. Add the file to the extensions dir wherever your FGU Data folder is.
2. In the LAUNCHER, select the "AFF2 Decals" in the list of extensions on the right.
3. Once your game has launched go into OPTIONS and find "Desktop: Decal Options". You can choose between None/Smiteworks/AFF/AFF2/Demons of Doom/Stellar Adventures/The Warlock Returns.
