I played in and ran both PFS and Non-PFS games at the Con and I found it pretty interesting. The Non-PFS games were much more low key, generally speaking.. they didn't have a timetable to meet so it was really all about the social interaction/entertainment. The PFS games have other rewards that are fun and cool too so it was very tempting to slot my schedule as full as I could with PFS games (character development and game rewards).. but when I had slots open up. It was very relaxing and highly entertaining to fill them with alternative game sessions.
