Questions on Mystic Spells

I'm not sure what to make of 0th level Spells Per Day. As far as I've ever known this should be unlimited. Doesn't look like it would have an affect on play. But it adds a bit of confusion.

Another question is about Spell Preparation. I would like to track spell slots spent, but a Mystic doesn't need to prepare anything daily. I should be able to tick off spells as they are spent. Not to mention I think I got the counter in an odd state.
