I haven't made an adventure for traveller yet but I'm not sure there is a template for adventure creation. An adventure in FG is really just story entries that describe the adventure flow and link to associated adventure recources. So you can link to battlemaps, images, txt you'd send to players and pre-made encounters (missions in MGT) and probably more. missions are just pre-made encounters on a battlemap with the NPC's pre-setup and auto-loaded into the combat tracker. So when running an adventure the ref uses the story entries like you'd use the book in face-to-face. You probably know all this already but i thought i'd throw my best answer out there. :-) Check out the story entries in the free DeathStation adventure on the forge for an example.
