Hello,
I was wondering how to use 'exceptional strength' when changing an npc or character's strength to 18. Can anyone help? Decimals or fractions don't seem to work. No automatic mechanisms are catching this either.
The main reason I am trying to do this is to make an npc mule's weight allowance mechanically equivalent to what the player's handbook says it should be.
