How to reflect small Attack bonus?

Small races get +1 on attack.

Go to the combat section and try to put in a misc combat bonus and it only affects grapple.

One can go to each weapon and add 1 (bit chaotic and good chance you'll mess it up) or add 1 to the BAB. I don't like adding one to the BAB because there are feats and other elements that are contingent on a particular BAB level. It too is confusing.

Should the miscellaneous bonus category by grapple also modify all attacks???

Does this seem like something that could be fixed in the next revision????
