Welcome to the FG forums.
Click on the "#att" field in the weapon entry in the Actions tab and set the number of attacks. This should setup the multi-attacks with the usual -5 per extra attack penalty. If you need to change this, click the magnifying glass icon to the right of weapon entry and change the "Per atk bonus" fields in the weapon properties window as needed.
