[bug/problem] House of R'Lyeh in FGU - issues with the 'index' of The Jermyn horror

Hi. Sorry that my first post turns out to be a bug report.

I'm having a problem with the index of an adventure in the module 'The House of R'Lyeh'.
The short of it: The index of the adventure 'The Jermyn Horror' points to entries from the adventure 'The Art of Madness'.

Steps to reproduce:
In a CoC 7e campaign (existing or new doesn't seem to matter)
Go to the Libaray and load the module 'The House of R'Lyeh'
In the Library window, click 'The house of R'Lyeh' in the left pane, and then the 'Story' bullet point in the right pane.
This brings up the 'Story' window with a lot of entries. Click the entry named (The Jermyn Horror)
This brings up something akin to the 'index' of the adventure The Jermyn Horror.

Clicking 'Introduction' links to the corresponding page from The Art of Madness
Clicking 'Keeper's Introduction' links to the corresponding page from The Art of Madness
'Investigator's introduction' does the same

The rest of the pages seem to be linked correctly, but I can't say I checked thoroughly.

I tried this both in an existing campaign and in a fresh one. Same result.
