Changes to rulesets and extensions

Ronnke and Gigermann took the liberty and changed some of the Ruleset and extensions (including the gigermann theme for the classic version of Fantasy Grounds) so that they would stay like that, I hope I don't have any problems with the changes
List of Changes:
1 - Addition of the Golden Logo
2 - Removing ads
3 - Credited extensions
4 - Adding a GM Portrait
5 - Changed the position of the Tower, Modifiers and dice
6 - Changed the size of the chat for the host and the client
7 - Changed the size of the CT for the client and for the host

So where do I go hunting for these changed files? :)

Here they are, duly changed and their original authors credited, because if they were not they would not have a starting point.

Thank you Bruno. When I get the chance, I'll test these on my Unity. Things have been a touch busy at home lately, but sooner or later I'm hoping things will ease up a bit.
