Do you mean you have the 7e Rulebook for Fantasy Grounds? If so, then yes, if you purchase Shadows, which is for 6e, you can run it with the FG 7e Ruleset, see this thread:

Yes you can.
It wont have a reference manual - everything will be in stories - but the monsters will update to 7e versions with about 98% accuracy.
