So I just loaded back into my main campaign and all the menu option bars except for assets and library have disappeared. Help?

So I just loaded back into my main campaign and all the menu option bars except for assets and library have disappeared. Help?
Menu options are now in options.

Nevermind I was able to turn them back on. Just weird though I was playing earlier and all was good. And the bar was still filled on another campaign.
