Template for adding a very simple module?

I think I have the basics of creating a .mod file and I know something about xml. However, I am just looking to add a very simple module, that just has some random building type encounters in a village/town. I just want a two step table, one that first rolls on the type of building, then another on the detail on the type of building. Can anyone point to me to a simple template of something like that? Thank you in advance!

Create your content in FG and use /export to make the MOD file.
Use Templates or Tables to do your building details.
