Wondering how the "Use Pulp Rules" option and the extension interact with NPC's when building modules. Is there a best practice for integrating alternate Pulp stats?
I was going to say that the Pulp rules are meant to make your PCs more powerful. No point to that if you just make the enemies more powerful too.
But I better go read the rules and see what they say...
Id look at the section: Pulp Themes and also Recurring Villains and Tougher Opponents.
Im more in favor of not increasing the NPCs stats but increasing their number.
