When dragging damage holding the CTRL key and droppig it on a actor in the combat tracker, it deals damage in stead of healing it.
Problem first discovered in PF2e and then also checked in DND 5e where this behavior is also present.

Yes, this is a known issue. It's on the dev's radar but hasn't bubbled up to the top yet.
