Clients can't see options in the Tracker

At some point this week, my demo client players have stopped being able to see ancestry/background/classes when using the Tracker to build their characters. I have an Ultimate license, with all the books loaded and enabled for player access. What am I missing?

I'm guessing that the players haven't loaded the Core Rules. Each player needs to individually load the modules they want to use.
